Is there anything an offshore book can do to collect back funds? I don't think legally they have any recourse to collect money. My brother used our joint bank account to send funds last week and I had withdrawn out all the money from the account for a down payment on a new kitchen. Any thoughts?

Offshore books can submit bad check debt in for collection like any other business. Bascially means a collection agency bothering you.

Its likely that they have an "associate" in your area that just may 'properly introduce 'himself to you in person, when you least expect it AND at the worst possible time , usually.

if u would have won would u have said to the book no heres your money back i made a mistake with it i am remodeling my kitchen and mistakenly used the wrong funds? pay them no matter what, call them and work out payments and be honorable pay it its the right thing to do.

no problems anymore, sportbooks offshore have NO recourse if a citizen of the US does not pay. It will also NOT show up on any credit report since it was for gambling. Sportbooks will try and collect by repeated phone calls but that is about all they can do. This from a member of law enforcement who also checked with bank manager.
